Shipping policy

We ship across India through trusted third-party logistics partners. Delivery availability depends on serviceability at the destination PIN code. If a PIN code is not serviceable, you will be notified during checkout.

• Orders placed on business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays) before 2:00 PM IST are typically processed the same day.
• Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST or on Sundays/public holidays will be processed the next business day.
• Standard processing time: 1–2 business days from the date of order confirmation.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by natural calamities, local disturbances, logistics constraints or force majeure events.

• Our logistics partners may make up to 2–3 delivery attempts.
• You can coordinate with the logistics partner using your tracking link.
• Incorrect addresses, an unavailable recipient or refusal to accept a shipment may result in return to origin (RTO).
• Prepaid orders returned as RTO will be refunded after deducting applicable shipping or handling charges, subject to the applicable policy.

Products are dispatched with tamper-evident seals and secure packaging. Please inspect your package for visible damage on delivery and report any issue promptly with supporting photographs.

Subject to applicable law, risk of loss and title for products pass to the customer upon delivery at the address provided at checkout.
